Mission Statement
a statement from Chef/Owners Evelyn & Henry
Owning a restaurant isn’t for the faint of heart. There’s so much love and sacrifice that goes into every “moment” at JŪN. We care so deeply in what we do and how we choose to share a space for the world to see. With that said, what we do at JŪN goes beyond the food, beverages, and the service we provide. We created a community for everyone. And who is our community? Our community are our neighbors, friends, family, guests, staff members; anyone with an open heart and mind. We created a safe space for everyone to be able to express and enjoy themselves. We pushed our boundaries and use our platforms to create a better world for our community. We use our space for live performances, to share culture and the arts in all shapes and sizes. We use our space as a forum of discussion for our community to speak freely and share stories. We use our space to enrich our community with positive activities that we can be proud. Our goals at JŪN is to promote and provide the best experiences worth living for.
